What is auto-delivery?
BIOEFFECT’s Auto-Delivery program is the most convenient way to receive your favorite BIOEFFECT products exactly when you want them delivered. The products are automatically sent based upon your chosen shipment frequency, so you never run out.
How do I sign-up for auto-delivery?
Signing-up is easy! From the product page, simply select the Auto-Delivery option for your desired product, select your preferred shipment frequency and then check out as normal.
Please note that in order to subscribe to Auto-Delivery you will need a BIOEFFECT.com account.
What will happen after I join auto-delivery?
After you join the Auto-Delivery program, you will receive an email of your order. You can go to the ‘My Subscriptions’ section in your account where you can manage future orders, auto-delivery items, and account information.
You will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. We will send an email reminder 3 days before each auto-delivery order. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your auto-delivery account, such as if your item is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel your replenishment, and/or confirmation when an order is placed successfully.
How do I make changes, skip, or cancel my auto-delivery order?
You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel an auto-delivery by visiting the ‘My Subscriptions’ section in your account.
How do I view my future deliveries?
Your upcoming orders will be listed in the ‘My Subscriptions’ section of ‘My Account’.
What types of payments are accepted for auto-delivery?
All major credit or debit cards are accepted as well as alternative payment forms, such as PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Does auto-delivery order contain free sample?
Auto-delivery orders will only contain sample on first order and all recurring orders will not contain samples.
